As the foundation stone of the whole framework, the 2026 "Star Hope Plan" reserve-talent programme (cohort one) has officially begun — marking the full rollout of the company's whole-cycle talent strategy.
8 月 28 日上午，野望电商「星望计划」首期班开班仪式隆重举行。大运营板块产品运营部、产品开发部、平台管理部全体同仁齐聚一堂，怀揣成长热忱与职业期待，共同见证星系列人才培育征程的正式开启。开班仪式在常州与杭州两地同步举行。 On the morning of 28 August the opening ceremony was held. Colleagues from product operations, product development and platform management gathered together to witness the start of the journey. Ceremonies took place simultaneously in Changzhou and Hangzhou.
